① Conductive rubber adhesive is used in microelectronic assembly, including connecting thin wires to printed circuits, electroplating substrates, metal layers of ceramic adherents, metal chassis connections, bonding wires to tube seats, bonding components to flat holes passing through printed circuits, bonding waveguide tuning, and hole repair.
③ Another application of conductive rubber adhesive is for the bonding of electrode sheets and magnet crystals in ferroelectric devices. Conductive rubber adhesive can replace welding flux and crystals that tend to deposit due to welding temperature. The adhesive used for battery terminals is another use of conductive rubber adhesive when the welding temperature is unfavorable.
