Silicone resin has long temperature self-drying type and high temperature curing type, in order to accelerate curing can add a small amount of diethylenetriamine or triethylenetetramine, the paint film gradually begins to harden even if the beginning of curing, diethylenetriamine or triethylenetetramine only as a drying agent dosage is very small, it is best to determine its dosage through practice. High temperature curing generally vaporizes the solvent at a lower temperature, then dries at 160-180 degrees, and finally cures at 220 high temperatures.
Silicone resins are highly cross-linked, reticulated polyorganosilanes, usually various mixtures of methyltrichlorosilanes, dimethyldichlorosilanes, phenyltrichlorosilanes, diphenyldichlorosilanes, or methylphenyldichlorosilanes that are decomposed with water at lower temperatures in the presence of an organic solvent such as toluene to produce acidic hydrolysates.
When the room temperature is 20 ~ 25℃, the operation time of the room temperature curing potting glue is generally 20 ~ 30 minutes, and the curing time is 6 ~ 8 hours. When curing at 50 ° C, the curing speed is 4 ~ 6 hours, when curing at 100 ° C, the curing speed is 1 ~ 2 hours, and when curing at 150 ° C, the curing speed can be accelerated to 30 ~ 60 minutes. The use of temperature curing should be noted that too fast curing will lead to poor automatic foaming effect, so if there is no special curing requirements, please use room temperature curing.
