For example, we want colors such as red silica gel, purple silica gel, and blue silica gel to be personalized in a 1:1 ratio, with a color similarity of up to 95%. Moreover, the manufacturer can directly provide the product to users after mixing and dispensing.

Some silicone product factories will choose to independently mix rubber and purchase their own colors, which is calculated based on the amount of material used. Because if you want to conduct your own independent rubber mixing, you need to purchase a mixer and corresponding labor costs for rubber mixing workers. If the daily consumption of materials reaches more than 1 ton, autonomous rubber mixing can save production costs. If the daily consumption of materials is not large, it is obviously cost-effective to directly purchase sulfur and color added silica gel.
