Application conditions
（1） Having the nationality of the people's Republic of China, adhering to the four basic principles and upholding the party's line, principles and policies;
（2） Abide by laws and disciplines, conduct well, love their posts and work hard, be honest and upright; work conscientiously and responsibly, have strong initiative, and have team spirit;
（3） With full-time graduate degree and master's degree, the academic degree certificate of overseas graduates shall be certified by the Ministry of education;
（4） Major in management and law;
（5） More than 5 years working experience is preferred;
（6） No more than 35 years old (born after January 1, 1986);
（7） Physical and mental health.
Job responsibilities
（1） Responsible for daily administrative work, including document arrangement, formulation of relevant system documents, office material procurement, administrative reception, financial reimbursement, etc.; docking with the humanities and Social Sciences Department and the scientific research institute.
（2） To be responsible for the foreign exchange and cooperation of the Research Institute, assist the leaders to complete the external administrative affairs, and connect with the social cooperation department.
（3） To be responsible for the organization and coordination of various academic conferences; to contact relevant colleges.
（4） Complete other tasks assigned.

（1） Candidates submit the following materials:
1. Fill in the application form for candidates of Nanjing Agricultural University;
2. Personal resume (the scanning copy of employment recommendation form of graduates must be submitted to the fresh graduates);
3. One set of scanned copies of all levels of academic qualifications and degree certificates (for those who have obtained academic degrees abroad, one copy of scanned copy of certificate of foreign academic qualifications and degree issued by the service center for studying abroad of the Ministry of education shall be provided);
4. A set of representative academic papers, scientific research projects, research results and scanning copies of award certificates;
5. Scanning copy of ID card and recent full body color photo.
