Epoxy construction sealant 2600ab (4:1) is mainly used for sealing in construction engineering. It has the characteristics of good operability, curing in low temperature and humid environment, high hardness, good toughness and excellent adhesion. The product is not easy to precipitate and stratify, and it is not easy to crystallize in winter.

Operation specification
1. Preparation of epoxide
● please mix glue a evenly before mixing;
● when the temperature is lower than 5 ℃, or the operator thinks it is necessary, a glue should be heated properly to ensure that the epoxy glue has good operation performance, but the temperature of a glue should not exceed 50 ℃;
● please mix 2600ab strictly according to the proportion a: B = 4:1 (weight ratio), and mix it well;
● if there is any residual epoxy glue after mixing, it is strictly prohibited to return it to the original packaging;
● 2600ab should be used now, and used up within 10 minutes. If the epoxy glue is used for more than 10 minutes or in high heat environment, it should be stopped immediately in case of severe heat. The more the mixing amount and the higher the temperature, the shorter the usable time, and vice versa;
● do not mix a and B rubber lids. When they are not used temporarily, please cover them at any time to avoid deterioration.
2. Clean up
● operation tools shall be kept clean and free of obvious oil and moisture;
● please use alcohol to clean the operation tools before curing the epoxy adhesive.
matters needing attention
1. There are many factors that cause the unsatisfactory use effect of epoxy adhesive, please pay attention to:
● improper storage of epoxy glue, such as high temperature, rain, etc., causes deterioration of epoxy glue;
● do not mix a glue and B glue of different brands;
● the glue is not mixed according to the specified proportion;
● the dead angle is left during mixing or the mixing time is not enough, resulting in uneven mixing of epoxy adhesive;
● mixing of a and B components leads to early curing reaction;
● after the epoxy glue is mixed evenly, it is not used up within the effective time.
2. The incomplete curing epoxy glue on the skin and clothes can be wiped clean with cloth dipped in alcohol, and then washed with soap water; if it enters the eyes carelessly, wash it with a large amount of water, and then treat it nearby; if it is swallowed carelessly, it is forbidden to vomit, drink a large amount of egg white or milk, and see a doctor immediately.
Storage conditions
Please store the product in a cool place away from light. Do not let the product get wet and water. The shelf life is six months. Please try to use it within three months from the date of production. Do not use expired products.
