Shanghai Zhongshi Construction Consulting Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Nanjing Agricultural University. According to the government procurement law of the people's Republic of China and relevant laws, regulations and rules, it carries out domestic public bidding for the equipment purchase project of Baima animal experimental base of Nanjing Agricultural University. Suppliers with the qualification of application for this project are welcome to participate in the application.
1、 Project Overview:
1. Project name: equipment purchase project of Baima animal experimental base of Nanjing Agricultural University
2. Project No.: zh2020020047 (internal no. of agency: bidding 2020-0872)
3. Budget amount: the budget amount of the project is 4 million yuan.
Including: purchase of 3 million yuan (RMB) for the equipment of package one pig production performance test center;
Purchase 1 million yuan (RMB) for the equipment of the production performance test center for package II poultry.
If the bidding price of each package exceeds the procurement budget of the package, it will be invalid.
4. Bidding content:
Package 1: purchase of equipment for pig production performance measurement center, mainly including breeding house, pregnancy house, reserve house, delivery house, male pig house, washing room, young female pig house, fattening house, field system, water line system, electrical system, material line system, manure scraper and mud floor, as well as air conditioning, ventilation and environmental control system, whole field alarm system and whole field networking system , whole field monitoring system and adjustable pig selling platform, etc.
Package 2: purchase of equipment for poultry production performance test center, mainly including H-type broiler cage system, H-type young chicken cage system and H-type egg chicken cage system. (see Part III procurement requirements of bidding document for details)
5. Delivery time: within 90 days after the signing of the contract, the installation, commissioning and acceptance are completed.
6. Project location: designated location in Nanjing Agricultural University.
7. Government procurement to be implemented in the procurement project: if the project is in line with the government's policies of compulsory procurement of energy-saving products, encouragement of environmental protection products, support for welfare enterprises, promotion of employment for the disabled, support for small and medium-sized micro enterprises, support for prisons and drug rehabilitation enterprises, relevant policies will be implemented.
2、 Qualified bidders must meet the following conditions:
1. Suppliers complying with Article 22 of the government procurement law of the people's Republic of China;
2. Other qualification requirements:
1) As of the deadline for bid submission, it has not been listed in the list of "credit China" (www.creditchina. Gov.cn) dishonest executors, the list of parties involved in major tax violations and the list of records of serious violations of government procurement on China government procurement network (www.ccgp. Gov.cn).
3、 Joint venture bidding is not accepted for this project.
4、 The project will not accept imported products (the imported products refer to the products imported into China through customs declaration and inspection and released from abroad).
5、 The bidding documents shall be sold at the same time of application, and the specific time and place are as follows:

4. Application method:
1) All bidding documents are sold online without on-site purchasing. The legal representative or the authorized client shall send the scanning copy with official seal of the materials to be submitted for registration to liusiaoxiao@cwcc.net.cn for registration review.
2) Before the deadline for application, the bidder shall remit the purchase fee of the bidding documents to the bidding agency through corporate bank transfer.
3) The purchase fee of the bidding document shall be transferred by public-private bank. After the remittance is completed, the remittance voucher shall be sent to the above mailbox for confirmation. The purchase fee invoice of the bidding document shall be sent to all bidders by express delivery before the deadline for bid submission after successful application
6、 Information to be submitted for registration:
1. Legal person qualification certificate (such as business license or legal person registration certificate, etc.);

8、 Time of bid opening meeting: the same as the deadline for bid submission
