The disadvantage is that the mechanical strength of rubber material is the worst, and it is not oil resistant. The operating temperature range is - 100 - + 300 ℃. It can be applied to high temperature, cold, strong ultraviolet radiation areas and high-rise buildings.

It is used in oil resistant, heat-resistant, acid and alkali resistant environment. The operating temperature range is - 30 ~ + 120 ℃.
NBR sealing strip
Its main characteristics are oil and solvent resistance, but it is not resistant to ketone, ester, chlorinated hydrocarbon and other media, with good elasticity and mechanical properties. The disadvantages are easy aging and cracking in ozone and oxidation, poor cold resistance and low temperature resistance.
Thermoplastic elastomer sealant strip
It has good elasticity, excellent wear resistance, good oil resistance, wide adjustable hardness range (shore a hardness 65-80 degrees), superior mechanical properties (tensile strength, elongation at break), excellent cold resistance and chemical resistance interwoven corrosion, and high price of raw materials. It is recyclable material. The operating temperature range is - 60 ~ + 80 ℃. It is suitable for areas with strong vibration such as earthquake prone areas, near railways or factories with high-power cranes, as well as areas with strong ultraviolet radiation.
Thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) sealant strip
With the flexibility and elasticity of rubber, it can be produced by plastic processing method without vulcanization, and the waste can be recycled and reused. It has a wide range of properties, good heat and cold resistance, small relative density, similar oil and solvent resistance to chloroprene rubber, poor compression resistance, permanent deformation resistance and wear resistance. The operating temperature range is - 40 ~ + 150 ℃. It can be used in cold and high-rise buildings.
Plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PPVC) sealant strip
The material is cheap and easy to obtain, with corrosion resistance, wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance and various chemical media, combustion resistance, high mechanical strength; the disadvantage is that the plasticizer in the coordination system is easy to migrate, hardening and embrittlement with the extension of time, loss of elasticity, aging resistance, poor weather resistance and low temperature performance. Generally, it is dark color products. It is suitable for the occasion of not strong light, little temperature change and not bad weather conditions.
Surface coating material
It is to coat polyurethane, organosilicon, polytetrafluoroethylene and other substances on the surface of the sealing strip to replace the traditional process of surface flocking. After coating, the sealing strip has good wear resistance and smoothness, especially after coating silica gel surface coating, the surface friction coefficient is small, which is conducive to the sliding of door and window leaves. It is applicable to doors and windows with sliding doors and windows. It is a substitute of traditional silicified wool.
