Professor-level senior engineers enjoy special government allowances from the State Council. Won a number of awards such as the National Defense Science and Technology Commission, the Ministry of Chemical Industry, etc., and was awarded the title of “Advanced Workers in Defense Military Industry Cooperation” by the State Planning Commission, National Defense Science and Technology Commission, National Science and Technology Commission, and National Economic and Trade Commission. Since 1968, he has been engaged in the synthesis and application of organic silicon materials for a long time, training organic silicon technical talents, obtaining a number of scientific research results, and has been industrialized production and application. He has published more than ten academic papers in international chemical journals, and nearly one hundred academic papers in many domestic chemical and chemical journals and organic silicon academic conferences. Author of "organic silicon chemical process experiment" and other monographs.
He graduated from the Department of Chemistry of Peking University in 1965 and graduated from the Department of Chemistry of Peking University in 1968. From 1968 to 1969, he worked in Chongqing Dongfanghong Reagent Factory. From 1970 to 1982, he worked at the Second Branch of Chenguang Chemical Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry (now Zhonghao Chenguang Chemical Research Institute) and served as the director of the organic silicon workshop. From 1982 to 1983, as a specially invited visiting scholar of Dow Corning Corporation, he did research on silicone polymers for Dow Corning Corporation at the Polymer Research Center of the University of Cincinnati. In 1984, he was assigned by the Ministry of Chemical Industry to work at the Chengdu Organic Silicon Application Research Center of the Ministry of Chemical Industry (now the China Blue Chenguang Chemical Research Institute), and was responsible for the key national scientific research projects and the deputy chief engineer of the Chenguang Chemical Research Institute. After retiring from China Blue Chenguang Chemical Research Institute in 2001, he was invited as a technical consultant for many domestic silicone companies and scientific research institutes to train professional silicone technicians, or set up silicone production projects, teach advanced production technology, and guide new silicone products. research and develop.
