Additive liquid silicone rubber is widely used in the electronic and electrical industry due to its excellent thermal stability and thermal conductivity. Adding liquid silicone rubber as a heat dissipation material for electronic devices can effectively transfer heat, improve heat dissipation, and extend the service life of electronic devices. However, the thermal conductivity of the added liquid silicone rubber without thermal conductivity additives is very low and cannot be produced industrially.
