At this time, the vulcanized products, the size and shape of the specifications are difficult to guarantee, the shrinkage is not uniform, the surface luster of the products is poor, it is very rough, the pass rate is low, the physical property and the use of performance is poor, and the service life is short. Therefore, after rubber mixing, it is generally parked for 24 hours before being put into use.

Why should rubber compound be parked:
First, during the mixing process, the rubber macromolecular chain needs to be eliminated by the stress of the rubber mixing machine, so that the rubber macromolecular chain is in a relatively stable state to prevent large deformation and uneven contraction after vulcanization;

Second, the various auxiliaries are further dispersed and uniform in the rubber, and the adsorption, affinity and absorption of rubber macromolecular chains form more inclusive rubber, so as to improve the reinforcing effect of rubber;

Third, reduce the uneven shrinkage and appearance defects of the finished product;

Fourth, when the rubber is parked, a quick check of the physical properties can be carried out to see whether the rubber has reached the expected physical properties.

Before the use of the compound after parking, it is generally necessary to return, and its purpose is:

1, make a variety of additives in the rubber compound further dispersed evenly;

2. Destroy the crystallization formed in the mixing rubber in the parking, so that the rubber material becomes soft and convenient for molding operation;

3, improve the fluidity and self-adhesive adhesive material, in order to facilitate the molding and operation process;

4. Improve the appearance quality and pass rate of finished products.
