1. This product is the addition of vinyl chains in hydroxyl silicone oil molecules. The molecular structure contains two groups of hydroxyl and vinyl, which can simultaneously play the role of anti-structuring and improving hardness.


2. The addition of this product can play a dual role: the hydroxyl group in the molecule reacts with the active group of white carbon black, acting as a structural control agent; The vinyl in the molecule cross-linked with the vinyl in the raw glue, which played a better effect than the addition of vinyl silicone oil alone.


Product application


1. This product is added when eating frozen powder, the effect is the best. For products with low resilience requirements, heat treatment is not required after rubber refining.


2. The dosage of this product is highly correlated with the measurement of white carbon black and biocolloidal material, please add as required.


3. This product can be used alone or with hydroxyl silicone oil. For some special application scenarios, the vinyl content can be customized.
