1、 Cold shrinkable cable accessories

Cold shrinkable cable accessories make use of the high elasticity of silicone rubber materials to take injection molding and vulcanization of high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, and process it into tubular parts with different structures. Then, special machinery is used to expand tubular parts with different structures. When the inner diameter of the parts is expanded to about 3 times, special plastic support tubes are placed in the tubular parts to keep the silicone rubber tubular parts expanded, These expanded components become the components of the cold shrink cable accessories.

Cold shrinkable cable accessories have an important requirement for silicone rubber. After two years of expansion and storage, they can still be reset, shrunk and pressed on the cable insulation.

2、 Prefabricated cable accessories

Prefabricated cable accessories are made of high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber by injection molding and vulcanization, and processed into tubular parts with different structures (without expansion).

During field installation, the molded and vulcanized tubular parts smaller than the cable insulation diameter shall be directly sleeved onto the cable insulation at the treated cable end or joint. Since the inner diameter of silicone rubber parts is smaller than the cable insulation, it can be directly pressed onto the cable insulation to form prefabricated cable accessories.

3、 HV cable terminal

A prefabricated electric stress control cone with a specific shape, which is formed by the combination of insulating rubber and conductive rubber, is sheathed at the cut off port of the cable outer shield. It can effectively control the electric field distribution at the end of the cable and prevent the cable terminal from discharging.
