Generally, the concentration of polymer polysiloxane solution can only reach 35%, otherwise the viscosity is too high.

3. lotion
A large part of silicone oil or silicone oil containing products are made into lotion form. Compared with solvent silicone oil, it has the advantages of low price, non combustible, harmless to health, etc. Different from solvent type, all organosilicon lotion are heterogeneous systems of "oil in water" type. Its external closed phase is the water phase. Silicon oil is dispersed in the water phase as tiny drops, which is easy to dilute with water to the required concentration for application. The stability of this lotion can be achieved by minimizing the droplets and stabilizing the emulsifier effect.

Silicone oil can be used as fabric softener, lubricant, waterproof agent, finishing agent, etc. in the textile and garment industry. In order to meet the high-end demand of textiles, chemical product manufacturers are also constantly developing silicone oil that can be used in the same bath as various functional additives, such as waterproof agent, flame retardant, antistatic agent and color fixing agent, and has a good feel. In addition, in order to improve the performance of the fabric, there are silicone products that can be used in the same bath with dyeing, silicone oil for cotton with a cool feeling, silicone products that can improve the feel of the fabric, and silicone deepening agents that can give the fabric excellent darkening effect, good storage stability, do not affect the color fastness, and have a good feel. In addition to the functionalization of textiles as additives in textiles, silicone products will also be used in other fields of textiles, such as the combination of silicone and polyurethane to form the coating of fabrics; Printing of fabrics formed by polymerization of organic silicon and acrylic acid; Organic silicon and organic fluorine are combined to form a waterproof coating on the fabric surface.
