The softer is silica gel, while the harder is rubber. For example, silicone rubber and fluororubber products with the same high temperature and oil resistance can feel much harder than silicone rubber in an environment of - 40 ℃.

High temperature resistance:

By putting silica gel and rubber into a high-temperature oven at the same time for curing for more than three hours, the comparison shows that silica gel can not only completely remove the odor after the second high-temperature baking, but also discharge the impurities inside the gel to meet the food grade silica gel standard; At this time, the rubber not only has a reduced rebound performance, but also has an obvious pungent smell, and even breaks.
