2、 Reasons for adopting single source procurement method and relevant descriptions
Logistics Group Co., Ltd. has undertaken the collection and transportation of domestic garbage in the whole school, and the outward transportation of garbage is entrusted to the unit with domestic garbage treatment qualification. It is recorded that since the establishment of the logistics group company, all the domestic waste of our school has been undertaken by Nanjing Xuanwu District Environmental Sanitation Office, which was later renamed "Nanjing Xuanwu Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd." and belongs to the state-owned enterprise. Since April 2015 (after the renovation of the waste station), the agreement on domestic waste removal and transportation has been signed twice. The last service period expires on March 31, 2020. Now considering that there is a certain risk in changing service personnel during the epidemic period, the relevant departments continue to cooperate with the unit according to the service price three years ago (the service period is three years) while ensuring the service quality, that is to say, procurement from a single source is adopted.
