Shanghai Zhongshi Construction Consulting Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Nanjing Agricultural University to conduct in school bidding for the purchase project of multi-functional dust suppression vehicle and garbage compression vehicle of Nanjing Agricultural University. Suppliers with the qualification of this project are welcome to participate in the application.
1、 Project Overview:
1. Project Name: Nanjing Agricultural University multi-functional dust suppression vehicle and compressed garbage vehicle purchase project
2. Project No.: nh2020020044 (internal no. of agency: bidding 2020-0773)
3. Budget amount: 930000 yuan.
Including: 570000 yuan (RMB) for the purchase of package I multi-function dust suppression vehicle;
360000 yuan (RMB) for package II compressed garbage truck.
If the bidding price of each package exceeds the procurement budget of the package, it will be invalid.
4. Bidding content:
1) The project is divided into two packages. The bidder can bid for one or more packages and must quote for all contents of the packages.
2) The same bidder of the project does not limit the number of winning packages, and can concurrently bid and win.
Package 1: 1 multi-functional dust suppression vehicle;
Package II: 1 3-ton compression garbage truck (see Part III procurement requirements of bidding document for details)
5. Delivery time: complete all equipment supply, installation and commissioning within 20 days after signing the contract.
6. Delivery place: place designated by the purchaser (Nanjing Agricultural University).
7. Whether the project accepts imported products: not accepted. (the imported products refer to the products that enter the territory of China through customs declaration and inspection and are produced abroad).
2、 Qualified bidders must meet the following conditions:
1. Suppliers complying with Article 22 of the government procurement law of the people's Republic of China;
2. As of the deadline for submission of bidding documents, it has not been listed in the "credit China (www.creditchina. Gov.cn) list of dishonest executors, the list of parties involved in major tax violations and the" China government procurement network "(www.ccgp. Gov.cn) list of records of serious violations of government procurement and dishonesty;
3. The person in charge of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct holding and management relationship may not participate in the procurement activities under the same contract;
4. In addition to single source procurement projects, suppliers who provide overall design, specification preparation, project management, supervision, testing and other services for the procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement projects.
3、 Whether the project accepts the joint venture offer: not accepted.

4. Registration method:
1) All bidding documents are sold online without on-site purchasing. The legal representative or the authorized client shall send the scanning copy with official seal of the materials to be submitted for registration to liusiaoxiao@cwcc.net.cn for registration review.
2) Before the deadline for application, the bidder shall remit the purchase fee of the bidding documents to the bidding agency through corporate bank transfer.
3) The purchase fee of the bidding document shall be transferred by public-private bank. After the remittance is completed, the remittance voucher shall be sent to the above mailbox for confirmation. The purchase fee invoice of the bidding document shall be sent to all bidders by express delivery before the deadline for bid submission after successful application.

7、 Time of bid opening meeting: the same as the deadline for bid submission
