Changshu New Rural Development Research Institute of Nanjing Agricultural University (hereinafter referred to as "the Research Institute") was established in September 2013. It is a scientific research institution jointly established by Nanjing Agricultural University and Changshu Municipal People's government, which has the independent legal person qualification and is located in Changshu national agricultural science and Technology Park, Jiangsu Province. The research institute is one of the first batch of major innovation carriers of production, University and research in Jiangsu Province, including Changshu Agricultural Science and Technology Collaborative Innovation Strategic Alliance, Changshu vegetable industry new agricultural operation main body alliance, Jiangsu Science and Technology Association expert service station, Nanjing Agricultural University Science and Technology Association Science and Technology Service station, Jiangsu graduate workstation, Nanjing Agricultural University Graduate workstation. According to the needs of the work, we are now recruiting 2 scientific research personnel for the public.
1、 Recruitment positions and requirements
（1） Quantity and requirements of scientific research post recruitment

1. Full time graduate degree; or undergraduates who have worked in agricultural related positions for more than 5 years, or junior college students who have worked in agricultural related positions for more than 10 years. Those who have obtained the title of deputy senior or above are not restricted by their educational background.
2. Horticulture, plant protection, resources and environment, landscape design, agronomy and other related disciplines 2 people. Due to the actual needs of the work, those with driver's license are preferred, and those with Changshu household registration are preferred. Especially excellent ones, the conditions can be appropriately relaxed.
3. Strong sense of career, strong interest in scientific research, diligent and solid, good at research, good team spirit. Generally, they are not over 35 years old.
2、 Recruitment methods and requirements
In accordance with the principle of "voluntary registration, fair competition and employment based on the best", this recruitment is carried out by the combination of interview and assessment. Recruitment procedures include registration, preliminary examination and interview (including defense), physical examination, investigation, publicity and employment approval.
（1） Registration method
1. The applicant shall fill in the application registration form of Changshu New Rural Development Research Institute of Nanjing Agricultural University (see Annex 1), and provide relevant materials (ID card, 2-inch photo, education background, degree certificate, award certificate, paper achievement catalogue, patent signed by the first author and representative paper, etc.) that can prove his / her ability and level.

（2） Interview
The Institute will review the qualifications of the candidates according to the recruitment conditions, rank the qualified candidates according to the actual situation, arrange the personnel to participate in the interview (including the defense) according to a certain proportion, and the interview content is the relevant knowledge matching the post, etc., the time and place will be notified separately.
（3） Physical examination
The candidates who pass the interview shall provide the physical examination report, and the physical examination standard shall be in accordance with the national civil servant recruitment standard. Those who fail to pass the physical examination shall not be employed.
（4） Inspection
The research institute organizes the investigation, mainly investigating the ideological and political quality, compliance with disciplines and laws, moral quality and integrity records of the candidates.
（5） Publicity and employment approval
According to the results of examination, physical examination and investigation, the personnel to be employed will be publicized on the website of the Research Institute for 7 days. In case of any vacancy during the period of assessment and publicity, it shall be filled in sequence from high score to low score according to the candidates' interview scores. After the employment approval is completed, if there is a vacancy due to abandonment or other reasons, it will not be supplemented, but the recruitment procedures will be performed separately. If the employed social on-the-job personnel sign a labor contract or employment agreement with the original work unit, they shall be responsible for the handling by themselves.
（6） Discipline and supervision
