College introduction
Nanjing Agricultural University School of economics and management is one of the birthplaces of China's agricultural economic management education. Its predecessor is the Department of agricultural economy (Agricultural Economics) of Jinling University and National Central University. In 1952, the Department of agricultural economics of Nanjing Agricultural University was merged and formed. In 1989, the school of Agricultural Economics and trade of Nanjing Agricultural University was established. In 1994, it was renamed as the school of economics and trade of Nanjing Agricultural University. In 2004, it was renamed as the school of economics and management of Nanjing Agricultural University.
Through the unremitting efforts of generations, the college has become a cradle of economic and management talents with significant influence at home and abroad, integrating the disciplines of economy and management as a whole, having the ability to cultivate talents of multiple levels and specifications, such as postdoctoral, doctoral, master's degree, undergraduate course, etc., combining talent training, scientific research and social services.
There are 81 faculty members, including 66 full-time teachers and 29 professors. There are more than 1800 students in all kinds of schools.
