Silicone weatherproof sealant
Application: seam sealing ensures air tightness, water tightness and other properties.
Features: it is required to bear large joint width and narrow change, high elastic (displacement capacity) and aging resistance requirements, no strength requirements, high modulus and low modulus.
Ordinary silicone sealant
Application: door and window joints, external wall caulking and other position sealing.
Features: bear the change of width and width of joint, have certain displacement capacity requirements, and do not require strength.
Double silicone sealant for insulating glass
Application: double sealing of insulating glass to ensure the structural stability of insulating glass.
Features: high modulus, not too soft, some have structural requirements.
Silicone sealant for special purpose
Application: used for seam sealing with special requirements, such as fireproof, mildew proof, etc.
Features: it needs to have some special properties (such as mildew prevention, fire protection, etc.).

Three point production and seven point installation
The installation of doors and windows has a great impact on the overall quality of doors and windows!
1 control points of door and window entry acceptance
(1) The thickness and color of the main materials for doors and windows; the thickness, color and safety glass parts of the glass must meet the design requirements; whether the hollow glass is atomized and leaking.
(2) When the height of doors and windows is more than one storey or more than 3 meters, doors and windows shall be considered as curtain walls. The stressed components must be connected with the main structure through embedded parts, and the strength and rigidity shall be ensured. (3) The joint shall be tight, the joint shall be full of waterproof glue, the hardware and profile shall match, and the hardware quality shall meet the design requirements.
(4) Check whether the quality certificate, warranty or test report within the validity period of raw materials such as door and window profiles, glass and hardware accessories are complete. (5) Doors and windows shall be sent to the site for inspection for "five properties" inspection. (submitted for inspection according to the requirements of functional departments of local government) lighting, water tightness, sound insulation, air tightness and heat preservation. (6) For the protective film of door and window frame, the frame must be pasted with adhesive tape along the frame for protection. There is no protective film around the frame, so that the joint of the window frame can be sealed tightly after installation. It is forbidden to wrap the outer frame of doors and windows with tape for protection.
2 installation requirements for doors and windows
(1) Before the installation of the door and window frame, the hole must be inspected first, and the space between the door and window frame and the reserved hole shall be within 2-3cm. If the spacing is more than 3cm, C20 fine aggregate concrete and galvanized steel mesh shall be used for pouring; after 7 days, the door and window frames can be installed.
(2) The fixed parts of door and window frames shall be hot-dip galvanized parts, with thickness ≥ 1.5mm and width ≥ 20mm. Spacing of fixed points: corner, horizontal and vertical rails ≤ 180mm, frame edge ≤ 500mm. It is forbidden to fix the door and window frame with the long foot expansion bolt penetrating the profile.
3 door and window frame caulking
The application of foaming polyurethane for window frame is discontinuous.
The gap between the window frame and the window opening is too large; the foaming polyurethane cannot be fully applied.
The lower frame of the door is not blocked with waterproof mortar.

4 requirements for sealant injection around the outer frame of doors and windows

5 requirements for drainage holes of lower frame of external window
The lower frame of the outer window should have a drain structure. The drain holes should be set at 20-140mm of the corners at both ends of the window frame. There must be more than two drain holes, each opening is 4 * 3mm.
