Jiangsu Sumida instrument and Equipment Co., Ltd. 2、 Brief description of bidding project:
1. Project content: in order to standardize the supply channels of food raw materials and ensure the dining safety of teachers and students in the base, now we invite suppliers to supply staple food, meat, vegetables, etc. all year round, and take the way of alternate monthly supply to purchase comprehensive raw materials.
2. Varieties of purchased goods: main and non-staple food and other goods, including rice, pork segmentation and by-products, vegetables, frozen chicken and duck segmentation products, aquatic fresh fish, bean sprouts, etc. The brief technical requirements are detailed in Chapter IV Technical specifications and requirements of bidding.
3. Delivery time: normally, the goods are delivered before 7:30 every morning. The time can be adjusted at any time according to the requirements of the school, and it can be delivered at any time if necessary.

5. Quantity of goods: subject to the actual purchase.
6. Budget: 300000 yuan

3、 Qualification requirements of the bidder:
1. Supplier qualification requirements:
1) Have the ability to bear civil liability independently, provide business license and other supporting documents of legal person or other organizations, and affix official seal on the copies;
2) Power of attorney of legal representative (original) and copy of ID card of legal representative and authorized representative (power of attorney may not be provided if the legal representative directly participates in the bidding);
3) With food production license or food business license, the copies shall be stamped with official seal;
2. The project will not accept the joint venture bid, and subcontracting is not allowed after winning the bid.
3. The following circumstances in which the bidder is refused to participate in this procurement activity: (1) the head of the bidder's unit is the same person or different bidders with direct holding and management relationship may not participate in the procurement activity under the same contract. (2) Any bidder who provides overall design, specification preparation, project management, supervision, testing and other services for the procurement project shall not participate in the procurement activities of the project.

Selling time of bidding documents: from 17:00 p.m. on April 13, 2020 to 17:00 p.m. on April 20, 2020, 9:00-11:30, 14:00-17:00 (Beijing time, except holidays); if potential suppliers fail to purchase bidding documents from the purchasing agency and register before the deadline for purchasing bidding documents, their bids will be rejected.
