Curing mechanism
The adhesive sealant of A-SOLID lamp is made by hydrolysis and dealcoholization of silane and air, and then condensation, which belongs to moisture absorption curing adhesive. Once the colloid is unsealed, it absorbs the moisture in the air, solidifies gradually from the surface to the deep layer, and becomes an elastomer. The higher the temperature and humidity is, the faster the curing will be; the slower the curing will be in low temperature and low humidity environment.

Operation process
1. The bonding surface shall be free of oil stain, dust, impurity, etc;
2. Cut the sizing nozzle into the required size and shape according to the process requirements;
3. Cut off the sealant seal, install the glue nozzle, and install it into the glue gun;
4. The sealant shall be evenly applied to the joint, and the thinnest part shall be more than 1mm; when the pneumatic gun is used, the air pressure shall be controlled at 0.3 ~ 0.5MPa;
5. After the surface is dry, the product can be trimmed by traditional methods to remove the excess glue.
Matters needing attention
Avoid construction under 5 ℃ and humidity less than 20%
The pneumatic pressure shall not exceed 0.5 MPa. If it exceeds 0.5 MPa, the gas will enter the hard packing pipe, causing colloidal bubble problem
Due to the high solvent content of the coating, the surface of the adhesive will become soft. In order to obtain the best appearance and performance, the gel will be colored after curing for 24 hours.

Related issues
1. curing and storage problems: the product absorbs moisture in the air, and gradually cross-linked and solidified from the surface to the deep layer. Therefore, the surface of the gel is cured first, and the surface drying time is 10-15 minutes at 25 ℃ and 55% humidity; the internal curing is slow, and the adhesive strip with the diameter of 3mm is fully cured in 24 hours. The higher the temperature is, the higher the humidity is, the faster the curing is. Because it is moisture absorption and solidification, temporarily unused glue should be stored in a dry and low-temperature environment! Otherwise, the gel may become wet and thick, affecting the extrudability.
2. About sizing process
The surface of glue application shall be clean and free of sundries, grease, water, etc.; the thickness of adhesive layer shall be greater than 1mm, otherwise poor adhesion will occur; whether the adhesive strip is continuous shall be determined according to the process conditions, the adhesive can be discontinuous, and the sealed one must be continuous, otherwise there will be leakage of rain water; the size of air pressure shall be controlled when the pneumatic glue is applied, and the gas will enter the rubber cylinder if the air pressure is too large , the phenomenon of glue breaking, snapping and overturning of the back cover of the rubber cylinder occurs; after the glue is applied, the lamp can only move after the glue surface is dry, otherwise the phenomenon of poor adhesion will occur.
