Shanghai Zhongshi Construction Consulting Co., Ltd. is entrusted by Nanjing Agricultural University to conduct on campus bidding for the procurement of equipment and furniture purchase project of student association activity center and international student apartment of Nanjing Agricultural University in 2020. Suppliers with the qualification to apply for this project are welcome to participate in the application.
1、 Project Overview:
1. Project Name: purchase of equipment and furniture for student association activity center and international student apartment of Nanjing Agricultural University in 2020
2. Project No.: nh2020020033 (internal no. of agency: bidding 2020-0308)
3. Budget amount: 650000 yuan only.
Including: 210000 yuan (RMB) for package I equipment procurement project;
Package II furniture procurement project is 440000 yuan (RMB).
If the bidding price of each package exceeds the procurement budget of the package, it will be invalid.
4. Bidding content:
1) The project is divided into two packages. The bidder can bid for one or more packages and must quote for all contents of the packages.
2) The same bidder of the project does not limit the number of winning packages, and can concurrently bid and win.
Package 1: equipment procurement project, including 10 sets of 5-hp ceiling air conditioning equipment, 1 projector, 1 screen, 1 desktop computer, 1 speaker, 1 microphone pair, 2 washing machines;
Package II: furniture procurement project, including 9 groups of cabinets, 106 single beds, 106 chairs, 223 mattresses and 48 wardrobes (see Part III procurement requirements of the bidding document for details)
5. Completion time of the project: before August 20, 2020, all contents of the project shall be completed, installation and commissioning shall be completed upon arrival, and acceptance shall be qualified.
2、 Qualified bidders must meet the following conditions:
1. Suppliers complying with Article 22 of the government procurement law of the people's Republic of China;
2. As of the deadline for submission of bidding documents, it has not been listed in the "credit China (www.creditchina. Gov.cn) list of dishonest executors, the list of parties involved in major tax violations and the list of records of serious violations of government procurement on the" China government procurement network "(www.ccgp. Gov.cn);
3. The person in charge of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct holding and management relationship may not participate in the procurement activities under the same contract;
4. In addition to single source procurement projects, suppliers who provide overall design, specification preparation, project management, supervision, testing and other services for the procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement projects.
3、 Whether the project accepts the joint venture offer: not accepted.
4、 The bidding documents shall be sold at the same time of application, and the specific time and place are as follows:

3. Price of bidding documents: RMB 500 / package (non refundable after sale)

4. Registration method:
1) All bidding documents are sold online without on-site purchasing. The legal representative or the authorized client shall send the scanning copy of the materials to be submitted with official seal to liusiaoxiao@cwcc.net.cn for registration review.
2) The supplier shall remit the purchase fee of the bidding documents to the bidding agency by corporate bank transfer before the deadline for application.
3) The purchase fee of the bidding document shall be transferred by public-private bank. After the remittance is completed, the remittance voucher shall be sent to the above mailbox for confirmation. The tender fee invoice shall be sent to all bidders by express delivery before the deadline for bid submission after successful application.
5、 Information to be submitted for registration:
1. Legal person qualification certificate (such as business license or legal person registration certificate, etc.);
2. Power of attorney and ID card of the authorized person.

If the bidder is unable to deliver the bidding document in person before the deadline for receiving the bidding document due to epidemic prevention and control, it can be delivered by mail or express delivery. In case of mailing or express delivery, the bid documents shall be delivered before the deadline for bid submission.
7、 Time of bid opening meeting: the same as the deadline for bid submission
Place of bid opening meeting: Bid Evaluation Office of Nanjing Agricultural Property Rights Trading Center (floor 1, building B5, No. 8, Jiangdong Street, Jialing, Jianye District)
The bidder may not attend the bid opening meeting due to epidemic prevention and control. If the bidder does not attend the bid opening meeting, it shall be deemed to recognize the bid opening process and results of the project.
