Dynamic regulation and vesicle transport mechanism of the membrane-forming body in plant cytokinesis: Tan Xiaoyun, Jia Xinyi, Bao Yiqun
Abstract: at the end of nuclear division in plants, cell plates are formed in the center of cells to achieve cell separation of two generations of cells. It is of great significance to study the molecular mechanism of vesicle transport in the process of plant cytokinesis. The vesicles derived from Golgi body and trans Golgi network carry cell wall materials, proteins and lipids to the position of new cell board, and fuse with each other to form early cell board. Later, the early cell plate expanded to both ends and fused with the mother cell wall. After modification, the mature cell plate was formed. The main component of the membrane-forming body is microtubule skeleton, which is the transport track of the vesicles and the scaffold of the assembly of cell plates. In this paper, we reviewed the formation and dynamic changes of the membrane-forming bodies in the process of the cytokinesis of plant cells, and the molecular mechanism of the tethering and fusion of cell plates and vesicles.
