Description
IOTA LSR 3U20 is a two-component UV-curable liquid silicone rubber that forms a gel-like substance after curing. It exhibits excellent yellowing resistance, UV aging resistance, and low shrinkage. It is mainly used for full lamination of touch screens, liquid crystal displays (LCDs), in-vehicle screens, and other similar products.

Surface Treatment
All bonding interfaces must be cleaned. During storage and use, it is essential to ensure no contact with catalyst-toxic substances such as phosphorus (P), sulfur (S), nitrogen (N), organotin (Sn), water, and polyurethane—these substances may cause curing inhibition or product deterioration.
Mixing
Part B contains a catalyst, while Part A is a crosslinking agent. The catalyst can trigger gelation of the component containing the crosslinking agent. Therefore, when using tools like scrapers, special care must be taken to avoid mixing these tools with either component (to prevent cross-contamination).
Curing
The curing time of the liquid silicone rubber is closely related to the curing temperature and the thickness of the adhesive layer. The standard mixing ratio of Part A to Part B is 10:1; deviations from this ratio will have a certain impact on the hardness of the adhesive.
Storage Conditions
This product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment (15~35℃) in its original packaging. The shelf life is 6 months.
Precautions
Before lamination, test the compatibility of the adhesive with the LCM (Liquid Crystal Module) and TP (Touch Panel).
After lamination and curing according to the normal process, the product should be stored at 25℃ for 7 days before undergoing environmental testing.
