Product Introduction:

The IOTA LSR 3221 series is a specialized coating liquid silicone rubber used for the production of silicone leather.

Physical Properties:

This is base silicone rubber, customers can adjust the number of coatings according to actual requirement.

The surface layer can choose the hand feel oil (which can increase the leather surface feel) to produce end products.

Test standards: Can be adjusted according to customer requirements or industry standards.

Customizable parameters: Colors, hardness, temperature resistance ranges, etc., can be customized.

Usage Instructions

Mixing Ratio: Mix components A and B at a 1:1 ratio and vacuum treatment.

Curing Conditions: The coating cures rapidly at high temperatures. Curing time depends on thickness and temperature. Contact with materials such as amines, sulfur, and tin compounds may inhibit curing.

Curing Time: (120–140)°C × (3–5) minutes.

Pot Life: After mixing components A and B, the effective period of the mixture at 25 ° C is 48 hours.

Cleaning:

Most hydrocarbon solvents can remove uncured silicon. However, polar solvents such as ketones and ethanol cannot be removed.

Packaging and Storage:

Packaging: 20kg/drum, 200kg/iron drum.

Storage: Store in unopened original containers at ≤32°C.

Shelf Life: 12 months. Re-inspect and use if qualified after expiration.
