How to Use:
Components A and B have been filtrated and de-aired before delivery and are used by mixing them
with multiple weight ratio. Meter mix equipment which pumps, meters and mixes the two
components without the incorporation of air is strongly recommended for production. If air bubbles are entrapped during mixing, the mixture must be thoroughly de-gassed under vacuum.
Storage:
Product should be stored at or below 32℃ in original unopened containers. This product has a usable life time of 9 months from the data of production.
Curing:
IOTA 24 series of LSR will cure rapidly at elevated temperatures. The curing time depends on the thickness of the products and the curing temperature. Curing would be inhibited when contacting with certain materials, such as amines, sulfur and tin compound.
Pot life:
When components A and B are mixed, the mixture will remain usable for 48 h at 25℃.
Cleaning:
The uncured silicone can be readily removed by most of the hydrocarbon solvents. While polar solvents, such as ketones and alcohols, cannot.
Package:
55-gallon steel drum (net weight 200 kg) or 20 L plastic barrel (net weight 20 kg).
