Description
The product is a two-component uv curing liquid silicone gel. It has excellent yellowing resistance, aging resistance and low shrinkage properties. It is mainly applied to full bonding of touch screen display and LCD as well as car monitor.

Surface treatment
All interfaces contacts with the glue must be cleaned and stored to ensure that there is no phosphorus (P), sulfur (S), nitrogen (N), organic tin (Sn), water, polyurethane and other catalyst toxic substances, so as not to cause curing obstacles and deterioration
Mix procedure
Formula of component A is cross linker and B contains platinum catalyst. The platinum catalyst can make the component to do crosslinking reaction. So please avoid mixing A and B while you are using the operating tools
Curing
The curing of the glue is closed relate to the curing time, temperature as well as glue thickness. Mix ratio of A and B is 10:1. The proportion deviation has a certain effect on the hardness of glue, you can add addition of group A to improve the hardness

Handling precautions
1. Please test the matching performance between the glue and LCM&TP before bonding
2. Please keep 7 days at temperature of 25℃ after curing for quality testing.
