1.Injection volume setting

Using our factory's patented technology, the two sets of metering cylinders take turns to inject continuously. According to different products and different technological requirements, the computer sets the injection volume.

2. The highest output pressure is 600KG / cm2 (corresponding oil pressure is 120KG / cm2).

3. Output pressure and speed setting: P / Q proportional pressure / flow oil pressure system is used. Equipped with 3 levels of injection and 2 levels of pressure holding function, each level of pressure and flow can be set according to process requirements.

When the cold half-mold injection process is used, the output pressure and speed can be set in sections, as in the injection molding machine process; when the glue-dispensing process is used, only one injection is required.
