Usage ratio:
When preparing pre mixed rubber materials such as liquid silicone rubber and electronic sealing adhesive, add them at a total mass of 2.0-8.0 ppm and mix thoroughly.
When preparing organic silicon release agents, pressure-sensitive adhesives and other raw materials, add 100-150ppm according to the formula, and then mix well;

Usage:
Mix component A and component B with added catalyst in proportion, mix thoroughly, and then proceed with molding processing according to the actual molding process.
Suggested curing conditions are: 120 ℃/180-300s, or adjusted according to the formula.
The optimal catalyst addition ratio and curing conditions should be determined based on different products and production processes.
