Silicone softeners are mostly cationic, weak cationic or non-ionic in ionic property. Do not wash after soft treatment, after baking its reaction film fastness is higher. If not properly operated, silicone softeners are easy to break emulsion and drift oil problems. Some need to be processed in the dyeing machine, such as clothing, yarn, loose fiber, after dyeing in the dye tank on the softener, etc., after a long time, it is easy to occur the residue of silicone substances in the equipment. It is more difficult to remove and repair than fatty acid derivative softeners.
