1、 Nature
Colorless transparent oil with a viscosity of (1-5) × 10-2Pa · s, relative density 0.98~1.10, refractive index 1.390~1.410, hydrogen content 0.8%~1.4%.
Under the action of alcohol and alkali, the Si-H bond breaks and hydrogen is released.
Under the action of a platinum catalyst, the Si H bond can undergo an addition reaction with alkenes.
When the temperature is greater than 50 ℃, it can react with compounds containing epoxy groups, and has good film forming performance.
It can be prepared by co hydrolysis and condensation of methyl dichlorosilane and trimethylchlorosilane.
2、 Application
It can be used as a waterproof treatment agent, as well as a release agent for the rubber and plastic industries, and as an anti adhesive for paper and packaging materials.
