Conductive rubber is mainly composed of resin matrix, conductive particles, dispersant additives, additives, etc. At present, most conductive rubber used in the market is filler type.
In principle, the resin matrix of filled conductive rubber can adopt various types of resin matrix of adhesive agent. The commonly used adhesives include thermosetting adhesives such as epoxy resin, silicone resin, polyimide resin, phenolic resin, polyurethane, acrylic resin and other adhesive systems. After curing, these adhesives form the molecular skeleton structure of conductive rubber, provide the guarantee of mechanical properties and bonding properties, and make conductive filler particles form channels. Because epoxy resin can be cured at room temperature or below 150 ℃, and has rich formulation and designable properties, epoxy resin-based conductive rubber is dominant at present.
Conductive rubber requires that the conductive particles themselves have good conductivity and the particle size should be within the appropriate range, which can be added to the conductive rubber matrix to form a conductive path. The conductive filler can be gold, silver, copper, aluminum, zinc, iron, nickel powder, graphite and some conductive compounds.
