In order to provide a better smooth feel and flexibility, the molecular weight of hydroxy silicone oil needs to be increased to form more continuous silicone film structure between the siloxane chain forging and chain forging through the ultra-high molecular weight, At the same time, high molecular weight can also reduce the migration phenomenon, so as to improve the smooth feel and washability of hydroxysilicone oil.
